Playback control needs Spotify Premium; the box answers 502 with that reason if the account refuses. Linking happens on the hub, not here.

reading the room…
Crisma plasma. Three fixtures carry a cyan→violet→magenta field — corner in front of you, kitchen to your left, plant behind — while the two couch-ceiling bulbs hold the warm chrism core overhead in antiphase, so the room never ebbs to nothing. Phase is each fixture's bearing from where you sit, not from the dome origin, so the front travels front→left→behind and then stalls across the whole unlit right side. The hallway, Sam's and Gabe's lights are switched off for the session and restored when it ends.
777. A literal 7.77s breath is not renderable — one bulb can only change every 7.77 s, so a 7.77s envelope aliases to a static gradient. It lands instead as the per-fixture cadence, with a 21-sample (163 s) tide over it. Room-wide that is 1.03 Hz, under the 3 Hz photosensitivity floor: this look cannot strobe.

Scene pad
Ordered by measured motion from scene-profiles.json — frames sampled off video of these actual bulbs, strongest first inside each band. The swatch is the measured average colour. Never alphabetical. Opens on CALM on purpose.
Fixtures
From GET /state. The box caches a real read for 120s, so READ is usually free. Applying a scene does not invalidate that cache — use FORCE READ if the levels look stale. While PULSE drives the bulbs the box labels the answer pulse_projected and this page says so.

Danger — starts a writer on the bulbs
START SHOW is not safe yet.
- The live show engine still picks by energy tier.
- strobe fast fires at energy ≥72.
- A house track sits above ≥72 end to end, so the strobe is sustained for the whole song — not used as an accent.
- This is what made the room nauseating at 01:48 on 2026-07-30.
PANIC at the bottom stops it.
START PULSE only opens a session.
- The hub on the iPad drives the per-beat writes.
- Nothing ticks from this remote, so the session sits idle and the box ends it after 90s.
- It blocks the show while it is open.
A 409 here is the box refusing a second writer on the same 8 bulbs. Its exact sentence is shown in the banner, not swallowed.
